Much like the Primetime Combo results of last year’s regular season, the people have a much better record on SNF than they do on MNF.

The people are an astounding 4-1-1 with their SNF Side action, while still struggling on MNF at 3-4.

When we concluded last season, remember one of the future lessons we decided on? Correct. We should have trusted the public more on SNF, and stayed contrarian as possible for the MNF bets.

So, guess what we’re gonna do for this week’s picks. Right. We are going to have faith in the people’s hunch on SNF, while staying away from their MNF action.

I know. A little scary, right? It’s roughly the equivalent of expecting Eli to actually produce like he did last week, two weeks in a row. Plus, with the core of our sports betting philosophy being one of constantly bucking the trends, it seems risky to expect this public SNF Side record to be 5-1-1 after seven weeks, but whatever. Let’s ride with them in the SNF action this week, and stay with The House Side on MNF.

By the way, I’m starting Eli over Luck this week in fantasy. I got so sucked in after those two OBJ scores last week, and couldn’t be more fired up for this London matchup against the Rams. I want Eli in Silent Assassin Mode, like Denzel in this bar scene from “The Book of Eli”. Turn up, E.M! Let’s do this thang!
