Sorry for the super lateness of this.  Time gets away from me pretty much all the time.  Week 6 is upon us and the values are out there for us.  This looks to be the week where you pay up at RB and look for extra values at WR.  You can go either way at QB and TE, so it just matters how you construct your lineups.  For clarification, these are for MAIN SLATE only unless otherwise noted.   Let’s get to it:

CASH

QBs

Brees ($8500) – Going against Carolina’s D who just lost another CB, and is starting 2 rookies at home in the Superdome.  If you can afford to pay for him, he’s the guy.

Wilson ($8400) – Also at home vs ATL, this one should be a very good spot for Wilson.

Hoyer ($7000) – He’s just been solid the last 3 weeks.  At a cheaper salary, he’s a solid play.

Alex Smith ($6800) – If you are looking to get a smaller salary guy in your lineup this week, it’s gotta be Smith.  The KC-OAK game has the makings of a barn burner.  Andy Reid is 15-2 coming out of the bye week and Oakland’s pass D is awful.  Who knows what KC will do with their 3-headed running game, who all catch out of the backfield as well.  Don’t forget Smith runs the ball also even though he hasn’t done so recently.

RBs

Bell ($9300) – He’s the obvious play this week.  I think Pitt just runs the ball all day long and steps back from passing the ball a ton.

Murray ($8800) – He’s in a great spot here vs Cleveland.  Ton of volume and as with Mariota, the game script should be there.

McCoy ($8200) – SF is hurt on D and very vulnerable, not to mention Chip Kelly runs the most plays and has the lowest time of possession of any team.  This sets up like a dream for McCoy.

Best of the rest: Christine Michael, Lamar Miller, Mark Ingram

WRs – There’s a ton of value this week at WR.
